Three flagships, one confusing decision
Samsung's S26 line splits into three phones that look far more similar than their price gaps suggest. Having spent time with all of them, the honest answer is that most buyers are being upsold on a camera system they will never push.
Where they differ
S26 — 6.2-inch, 4,300mAh, triple camera, no periscope
S26+ — 6.7-inch, 4,900mAh, same cameras as the base model
S26 Ultra — 6.9-inch, 5,000mAh, 200MP main and 5x periscope, S Pen
The jump from S26 to S26+ buys you screen size and battery, nothing else. That makes the Plus the hardest of the three to justify unless you specifically want a large phone and dislike the Ultra's boxy frame.
The verdict
Buy the base S26 if you want a flagship that fits in one hand. Buy the Ultra if the telephoto and S Pen are things you will genuinely use. The Plus exists for people who want neither compromise, and it charges heavily for that privilege.
